We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 12–18 months before your wedding date for full planning services. For day-of coordination, 6–9 months is typically the sweet spot. Popular Virginia venues and vendors book up quickly, so the earlier you start, the more options you'll have.
Full planning (our Signature package) covers everything from your very first consultation — budget, vendors, design, timeline, and wedding day management. Day-of coordination (Event Management) begins six weeks before your wedding, assumes your plans are largely in place, and focuses on executing your day flawlessly so you can be fully present.
