Meet Cassidy Dawn
Cassidy's journey to wedding planning began in the ballrooms of a Northern Virginia country club, where she spent years as a banquet manager learning every nuance of flawless event execution.
She also founded Rita's Roses, a boutique floral design studio, bringing a unique dual expertise to every wedding she touches. Her background in education means she approaches every couple as a teacher would a student — with patience, clarity, and genuine investment in their success.
